Ablefoam is a manufacturer and supplier of Polyurethane Foam products. Our company has been in the foam industry since 2004. The company manufactures a wide variety of polyurethane foam for industrial and furniture use. We produce polyurethane foam of various densities, soft and hard foam, high resilience foam, fire retardant foam and rebonded foam. We also produce bedding products like foam mattresses, spring mattresses, pillows, bolsters and cushions for the domestic and export market.

The application of polyurethane foam is very extensive and diversified. We market our products to the upholstery industry for sofa, chairs and furniture manufacturing, packaging, automative and bedding industries.

We are equipped with a complete range of machinery for foam processing - from the production of foam blocks, cutting of foam sheets, cutting to design of various shapes and sizes to the manufacture of bedding products. We also practise recovery and recycling of foam by investing in a rebonding machine to rebonded foam. In this way, we can achieve energy recovery while conserving resources and protecting the environment.

  • Industrial Foam

    A wide variety of Polyurethane Foam for industrial and furniture use.

    PU Foam density ranges from 10kg/m3 to 80kg/m3 . The foam can be peeled or cut into different sizes and shapes to cater for a variety of industries such as bedding, furniture, packaging, consumer products and automative applications.

  • Rebonded Foam

    Good quality rebonded flexible foam for a variety of applications.

    A moulded polyurethane product made from pieces of shredded flexible polyurethane foam, held together with a binder. Its relative high density and excellent resilience make it suitable for applications including vibration sound dampening, flooring, sport mats, cushioning, packaging and carpet underlay.

  • HR Foam

    High Resilience (HR) Foam is premium quality foam with excellent foam properties.

    HR foam is a premium quality foam with a cell structure different from conventional products which results in a cushioning material which is more supportive, comfortable and durable. HR foam is considered to be of the highest quality for use in upholstered furniture and mattresses.
